Noun: the principle of life, feeling, thought, and action in and by humans, regarded as a definite entity separate from the body, and commonly held to be separable in existence from the body; the spiritual part of humans as distinct from the physical part. In many religious, philosophical and mythological traditions, the  soul  is the incorporeal essence of a living being. Soul or psyche (Greek: "psychē", of "psychein", "to breathe") are the mental abilities of a living being: reason, character, feeling, consciousness, memory, perception, thinking, etc. Depending on the philosophical system, a soul can either be mortal or immortal .  But mostly its believed and In Judeo-Christianity, only human beings have immortal souls (although immortality is disputed within Judaism and may have been influenced by Plato).  For example, the Catholic theologian Thomas Aquinas attributed "soul" ( anima ) to all organisms but argued that only human so

Each and every other person loves power, they want to be powerful to control others, to place themselves in upper level. Today I am going to talk about powers only : There are two powers that alone can effect in their conjunction the great and difficult thing which is the aim of our endeavour, a fixed and unfailing aspiration that calls from below and a supreme Grace from abov that answers. But the supreme Grace will act only in the conditions 0f the Light and the Truth; it will not act in conditions laid upon by the Falsehood and the Ignorance. For if it were to yeild to the demands of Falsehood, it would defeat its own purpose. These are the conditions of the Light and the Truth, the sole conditions under which the highest supramental Force will descend; and it is only the very highest supramental Force descending from above and opening from below that can victoriously handle the physical Nature and annihilate its difficulties.... there must be a total and sincere surrender; there

IMPORTANCE OF MEDITATION Meditation on God is the most effective way of controlling the mind. Meditation and control of mind go hand in hand. The highest objective for which one controls the mind is meditation on God or Atman as the case may be. However, meditation also helps control of the mind. The mind must be riveted on something which is not only pure in itself but can also purify our mind through its power. Meditation on God is advised, because one becomes imbued with the quality of the object on which one meditates. In meditation, whenever the mind strays away one should indefatigably bring it back and place it on the object of meditation. unless you meditate, the minnd cannot be controlled, and unless the mind is controlled, you cannot meditate. But if you think,"first let me control the mind then I shall meditate", You will never enter the path of spiritual life. You must do both at the same time- steady your mind and meditate.

Mind Control: Difficult But Possible In this theme, the mind and its control, we are all deeply interested, in a very personal way, for nothing affects us individually more than our own minds. All of us try to control our minds. But we should like to know more and do better.Control of the mind is a very interesting inner game. If you have a sportsman's spirit you will throughly enjoy it, even while apparently losing. Inthe playing game, this game takes a great deal of skill, alertness, sense of humour, goodness of heart, sense of strategy, patience and some heroic flair which make it possible not to get disheartened in the face of a hundred failures. We should know three basic facts about mind-control: That it has always been an extremly difficult task. But it is posible to control the mind. That there are well-defined methods for controlling the mind. I personally believe that we all should devote ourselves to ourselves only. To our soul and its matter which we call spirituality.

YOGA: term is not new. It's the age old practise specially in India.Yoga (Devanagari: योग) is a group of ancient spiritual practices originating in India. As a general term in Hinduism, Gavin Flood defines it as referring to "technologies or disciplines of asceticism and meditation which are thought to lead to spiritual experience and profound understanding or insight into the nature of existence. Outside India, Yoga has become primarily associated with the practice of asanas (postures) of Hatha Yoga (see Yoga as exercise), although it has influenced the entire dharmic religions family and other spiritual practices throughout the world.

Surat Shabd Yoga or Surat Shabda Yoga is a form of spiritual practice that is followed in the Sant Mat and many other related spiritual traditions. As a Sanskrit term, surat means "soul," shabd means "word" and yoga means "union." The term "word" means the “Sound Current,” the “Audible Life Stream” or the “Essence of the Absolute Supreme Being,” that is, the dynamic force of creative energy that was sent out, as sound vibration, from the Supreme Being into the abyss of space at the dawn of the universe's manifestation, and that is being sent forth, through the ages, framing all things that constitute and inhabit the universe.[1]. Surat Shabd Yoga cosmology depicts the whole of creation (the macrocosm) as being emanated and arranged in a spiritually differentiated hierarchy, often referred to as eggs, regions, or planes. Typically, eight spiritual levels are described above the physical plane, although names and subdivisions within these level

Spiritulity, in a narrow sense, concerns itself with matters of the spirit. Spirituality, according to most adherents of the idea, forms an essential part of an individual's holistic health and well-being. In this respect, some supporters of the idea of spirituality see it as a supportive concept even in workplace environAnalysis of spiritual qualities in science faces problems — such as the imprecision of spiritual concepts, the subjectivity of spiritual experience, and the amount of work required to translate and map observable components of a spiritual system into empirical evidence.ments.[
